Why is my Android phone shaky?
Q. My New Android phone from Cricket works great, except when I plug it in a wall charger. When I do, the touch screen becomes "shaky", like the orientation of the touching is continuously changing, making it almost impossible to select icons or text. My first thought is that the there is a short in the phone, except that it works fine when I plug it into my car charger. Whats going on?

A. Sounds like the wall charger you are using is NOT made for the phone you have.

You will see this when plugging AC chargers for Motorola phones and Blackberry phones into Android phones. Even if the plugs are the same, the amperage is too high, and can ruin the phone and the battery, if it's plugged in too long. So make 100% sure that the AC wall plug is in fact made for you phone, if not sure, go to the store you got it from and make sure.

Android phone ringer turned off after charging?
Q. Every time i charge my phone the ringer i choose gets turned off, It's still in the phone but i have to set it back. It doesn't go into silent mode (I have vibrate set for silent mode, And it doesn't even vibrate), And after i set the ringer back it stays until the next time i charge. This doesn't only happen when i charge it from my computer, It also happens with the wall charger. I've tried setting it to one of the factory ringtones as well and it still happens, This gets super annoying because i'm missing loads of calls when i forget to set the ringtone or it's charging! Also note: I am not positive if this is the problem, I just plugged it up for a few minutes and the ringtone is still there? So it may just be taking the ringtone off randomly? I don't know. What do i do to stop it from doing so?

A. Seems like you will need to turn on the sound of the ringer..

Good luck!
