How can I CRACK MY IPHONE SCREEN?

Q. Ok. My iPhone 3GS has screen protectors and a case. I can take off the case but not the screen thingy. I wanna get an Xperia X10 so I want to show my dad my messed up iPhone and he'll buy me that android Xperia.

A. You're dealing with an expensive piece of equipment here, but I suppose it's your choice whether or not you want to break it.

First of all, try once more to peel off the screen protector, if you can't get it off, try a hair dryer. That'll work in your favor since the heat might mess up the device so you can get the Xperia.

Reason for this: The screen protector makes the screen harder to crack. That's one of the things it's designed for.

Next, to crack the screen, try repeatedly dropping the unit on a hard surface such as a hard floor or cement surface. Eventually your screen will crack.

Other than that, can't help you. iPhone seems like an awesome device to me and you should be grateful you even have a smartphone. A lot of people don't have them and wish they did so you're a very lucky person. There's also the chance that your dad may not buy the new phone you want and you'll end up with either no phone or a really sucky one that's worse than the iPhone instead. You may want to rethink this.

Does it cost money to use wifi on a phone?
Q. I don't have a plan for internet...
but I can use my wifi to connect to internet... say.. at home.

I have an android xperia x10 mini.

Please and thank you!
Does the Market cost money?

A. If the Wi-Fi adapter is open and can be used, then using it is free of charge. Wi-Fi is wireless internet, and if you're connecting to your home router, you're already paying your ISP for Internet, the wireless router just allows you to broadcast the wired internet wireless for free.

Only hotspots like in coffee shops may charge you unless complimentary with their service.
