Q. After downloading the Yahoo Mail Android App (Verizon user) I still can't access my e-mail from the small business domain. I can still only access e-mails to/from my personal yahoo.com domain.
A. Hi Erin,
The Yahoo! Mail App does not support Business Email addresses at this time. To configure Yahoo! Small Business Mail on your mobile device, you will need to use either an IMAP or POP setup. Here's a walkthrough for Android devices: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/bizmail/â¦
If you prefer IMAP instead, the process is the same, just use these settings: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/bizmail/pop/â¦

I sent my boss an email this morning and he keeps getting the same email all day?
Q. I sent him one email from my android phone and now it has sent the same email at least 15 times to him all day long. They all show in my sent folder as well. I have deleted the message and am hoping it will stop. A bit embarrasing on my end.
A. Hi April,
Please try removing and re-adding your account to the Mail application.
To remove your account from the Yahoo! Mail application:
1. Launch the Yahoo! Mail application.
2. Select the "Accounts" option, from the top-left corner.
3. Select "Manage."
4. Select your account from the list and select "Remove Account."
5. Select "Remove Account" again, to confirm.
To re-add your account to the Yahoo! Mail application:
1. Launch the Yahoo! Mail application.
2. If you do not have another account configured within the application, you will be prompted to enter your Yahoo! ID and password to add your account and complete the setup.
- If, however, you are not prompted to enter this information, select Accounts.
3. From the Accounts page, select "Manage."
4. Select "Add Account."
5. Enter your Yahoo! ID and password.
Note: You may select "Sync contacts" if you would like your Yahoo! Contacts synced to the device.
6. Select "Add" to add your account and complete the setup.
I hope that helps!
