A. I'd upgrade from Windows CE to Android. There's an Android build made for these low cost netbooks. It's $12 built from a demo firmware, on http://onlynetbooks.com/downloads.html It's not ideal because Android is made for touchscreens, but you can use the trackpad instead of touching the screen. With this you can use Android apps - you'll just download the .apk Android apps on another system, and move them with the SD card. I recommend it, and at least it's not WinCE! Anyway, good luck.
