Love, the software which you desire, is still under development phase. Or perhaps someone might give you link to a similar application.
On a personal note: there is no substitute for a real hard-copy of any book. Trust me you will learn quicker, if you go "old-school" on this one.
Try to select your 14 surahs from the last 25 ones, they are easiest.
@ Bosniak guy, money or otherwise, nevertheless the kid will learn something and perhaps would put it good use. Encouragement is the better way. With a gentle push, one could rock the world.
@ Bosniak guy, lol

Best Quran application for android........?
Q. Sorry for the dots at the end of the question. As much as I find them annoying, yahoo has a twenty character rule we hafto follow
now to the question?
I got one called "Quran" with a white book icon.
And the basis of modern PRACTICAL science was indeed laid by Muslims.
had there been no base, there would've been no building
@Jabar: I already have the bible on my phone. I like to make a comparison between religions.

A. LOL... muslims using western technology to keep abreast of Islam yet not able to produce any technology themselves...
LOLThe west owns Islam!

No such thing as "western" muslims...
Muslims are muslims - generic, homogenized - one ummah... all wanna be arabs...

Where can I get a cheap/free fully translated copy of the Quran?
Q. I am a Christian and my friends are as well.I have noticed that Muslims have gotten a lot of bad attention and I think that it is because of stereotyping.I believe it is also brought on by ignorance as ignorance is breeding ground for prejudice.I would like to read this, get a better understanding and at least have an argument on one side or the other.Where could I get a cheap copy that is not in Arabic?Preferably for my Android but I would be open to owning the physical book too.
A. Barnes & Noble - I got mine for $15.00. Be aware that the Qu'ran is not read the same way as the Bible. Islam has a law called the law of abrogation when it comes to the Qu'ran. The law of abrogation is applied when newer verses contradict the older verses; the newer verses abrogate the older verses.
However, I think you're right that the actions of the terrorists has reflected negitively on most peaceful muslims in the West. The truth of the matter is that Islam is not a peaceful religion and history is a testimony to this. In addition to the Qu'ran (which Muslims believe is ver batum the words of Allah as delivered to Mohammed by the angel Gabriel), there are the Hadiths (sayings of the prophet) which are second in authority, as well as Shari'a (Islamic law).
Islam is an interesting religion to study, but it is a destructive religion that is set upon the reception of the anti-christ. I'm sure your Muslim friends have told you that they wait for Jesus to come back to "kill" the anti-christ too, right? There's more to it than just that. Islam believes that Al-Mahdi (the false prophet) will come back, and following him some years later is Jesus (the anti-christ). Jesus is said to break the cross from churches and to hunt down and murder the Jews, while the Mahdi wages war against Israel (breaking the peace treaty). It's somewhat frightening how their end time scenario fits our book of revelation description of the anti-christ and the last days. Coincidence? I don't think so.
@There is no God but Allah: Both you and I know very well that nothing I said is a lie. I have studied Islam and its history for my religious courses at school, as well as discussions with muslims in my classes throughout the years. You can't just say someone is lying without producing evidence to show otherwise.
