Q. I am a devote fan of Android phones (barely lasted a month with an iPhone), but I did find things about the iPhone that I enjoyed. I am looking for an app for Android phones that is comparable to that of the iMessage app on iPhones. I have friends in other countries that use iMessage to communication with people here in the US and would like to be able to talk to them too! Thanks!
A. Kik is the only think I can think of. But there's lots of other messenger apps. But I think kik is the most popular.
When will android games become as good as iPhone's?
Q. Android phones' market share is growing very fast right now.
But as I tried to browse for the applications and games, it's still far less than iPhone's.
If I buy Samsung Galaxy S (because it's a lot cheaper than iPhone and I won't have to queue for it),
can I hope that its games will get better and comparable to iPhone's games in few years?

A. Absolutely. Android is already selling more phones than Apple, and itâs been out half the time that the iPhone has. By the end of the year, the Market will have 100,000 apps, which is more than the Apple Store had at its 2-year mark. Plus, especially with games, Flash support will make Android rule in the end. Androidâs open-source nature will always be more appealing to devs and phone manufacturers because they can market to every carrier, and dozens of phones, instead of 1 carrier and 1 phone. The possibilities are literally endless as far as Android is concerned, because ANYONE can make an app to do ANYTHING on the phone. With Apple, they have to approve every single app that goes into the Store. They even rejected an app because it said the word Android in it- how far do you really think theyâre gonna go with that kind of closed-minded thinking?? I want to decide what goes on my phone, not the other way around..
Is the Iphone 4 or Mytouch 4g a better phone?
Q. i am wanting a new phone but i don't know which of these is better!
A. i myself am an iPhone 4 user, and i havent regretted my purchase yet (got it when it first came out, last summer). its an excellent phone, as far as specs go, and is just in line and is comparable to some of the other top Android phones out now. the only negative that i have, is that iOS is getting a bit bland now, but it's due for a major update this coming summer.
the MyTouch 4G definitely isnt the best it could be, but it does have HSPA+ compatibility and is Android, an excellent operating system that really makes the most out of your device. i dont like the phone itself, hardware-wise.
im sure you already know this, but iPhone 4 is on AT&T and Verizon, whereas the MyTouch is solely on T-Mobile
