Q. i usually upgrade my sony xperia neo v to the latest version of android avaliable as a habbit! this time the crash occured. i was upgrading to jelly bean from ice cream sandwitch and at once i lost the electricity and the upgrade process was stopped. i was at the middle step of installing jelly bean core files on my mobile. then i tried to turn on my phone but it didnt load as usual. it does not boot now. please tell me how to fix it and repair my wrecked mobile.
