Q. I want to connect either an iPhone 4 or HTC one to my tv to play netflix movies from my phone on the bigger screen. I got all the hdmi adapters and such but it still won't play. What am I doing wrong?
A. The only adapter that is guaranteed to work with the iPhone is the Apple Digital AV adapter. I have no problem connecting my iPhone to my TV when using it.
Netflix for Android does not natively support TV out. You can try using the RealHDMI app from the play store. It is designed for the Droid X, but some people have reported that it works for non-Motorola phones.

Is there a such thing as tablet optimization on Android?
Q. I know that on iOS apps have an optimized version for the iPad 1 and 2, and Retina Display for the new iPad. But on an Android device, is it possible to have an optimized version for the tablet, and take advantage of the bigger screen size?
A. Its up to the app developer whether or not they produce app versions for tablets and phones. This is the same as apple, but since the ipad market is bigger, more apps are converted.
