Q. Can I listen to music or watch YouTube on my android phone with this headset using the Bluetooth. If not how would I be abled to?
A. I got these for Christmas early, and I have tried to pair them on my iPhone but I don't know what really the point of having bluetooth on them is? Would like an answer as well.
What cricket phone should i upgrade to?
Q. I'm on cricket wireless, and I'm thinking of upgrading phones. Cricket offers an Android smartphone, but it would involve me having to switch to a more expensive data plan. I could also upgrade to the Samsung Messager, which is the next best phone available online. Would it be worth it for me to upgrade plans for the Huawei Ascend (the android phone) or should i stick with my plan and get the Messager?
A. I have the huawei Ascend, for about a week or more. I like it, it replaced my old first-gen iPod touch and my old phone - both needing replacing, so it really saved money.
However - one warning -the call clarity on the Ascend is just short of unusable. Lots of rattling in the phone, drop outs, etc. I've tried all kinds of way to hold the phone...but as long as you are inside it is going to not be a great phone.
I've gone to using a qualify bluetooth headset (Cobra) and leaving the phone on a bookcase near a window in order to avoid problems when using it at home.
Sad for a new phone to be that way, but it was only 130 bucks.

Q. I want to play the music on my bluetooth headset. Is there a setting or an app to download that will do this?
A. The bluetooth profile which controls this, A2DP, is not a part of the Android OS yet. It is supposed to be part of the "Cupcake" update rumored to be available within a month or so.
