Can i reinstall my t-mobile pulse running on android 1.5 to another version or operating system?

Q. Hello everyone.I have bought a t-mobile pulse phone and he's running on Android 1.5.I want to reinstall my phone to another android version or operating system (symbian, windows ce,mobile linux etc.) If someone can help me please write me how to do it.

A. To actually do so, the phone either has to be able to be rooted or possibly have been provided a higher OS upgrade from the carrier/manufacturer. Most likely you won't be able to do either, but you can research, over at XDA-Developers, an Android Hacking community, They have rooting methods and support for phones that are able to be rooted, such phones include the G1, MyTouch, Cliq, Droid, etc. I am not sure if your phone is able to be rooted, I don't believe so, but if it's possible it'll be there.

P.S,
I don't believe you can do much with the Pulse it is an old Android Phone, and probably not as supported by the hacking community as a G1 or Nexus One.

Where do I download the Android market app?
Q. I have a pandigital e-reader that is also an Android but I can not find the android Market app? Is there a download link where I can download it?

A. By itself, the Pandigital e-reader does not have the capability to access the Android Market, however there is a way to hack it to turn it into a fully functional Android tablet. Instructions can be found here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Hack-your-pandigital-E-Reader-into-an-Android-tabl/

Is there a simple way to use android apps on a blackberry playbook?
Q. That doesn't require hacking and messing with the programming and of my playbook? If so or not, links or explanations would be helpful.

A. right now the only way to get android apps would be to "root" or hack your playbook. next week they are releasing a software update that will include an Android app player that will allow you to run apps that have been submitted to blackberry appworld by the app developer.
